We are not the cheapest cleaners in Newcastle — and we don’t aim to be. Our focus is on delivering a detailed, comprehensive clean and knowing exactly what needs to be done to give your property the best chance of passing its final inspection.
Our quotes are for a fully comprehensive bond clean, with no hidden add-ons. We believe a bond clean should be all-encompassing, with areas such as walls, windows, blinds, fixtures, ovens and other commonly inspected areas included as standard.
Every clean receives a personal quality check by me, drawing on my experience conducting hundreds of vacate inspections as a Property Manager and now completing 400+ bond cleans myself.
On the rare occasion that something has been missed, we will return within 48 hours for complimentary rectification (subject to clean option selected)
How to book a service
Quote Acceptance
A quote will be promptly sent to you with a scope of hours & price estimate for your approval.
Deposit & Confirmation
Upon approving the quote, you will receive an invoice for the deposit - payment will secure & confirm your booking.
Clean & Check
We will be on site to carry out a great service, with a post clean quality check conducted before handover.
