Service Description

Ensure a smooth transition with our end of lease or pre tenancy cleaning service - A meticulous deep clean to fulfil obligations for a proper property handover. Perfect for; • End of Lease Bond Cleaning • Pre Tenancy Cleaning • Deep Cleaning between Tenancies 2 hours for $150 incl. GST - Additional time charged at $60/hr. A comprehensive and thorough clean, this service is best suited for a deep and total service. What's included? • Kitchen deep clean - (all surfaces cleaned; cupboards, kickboards, drawers, sink, bins, backsplash) • Appliance cleaning - (fridge, microwave, dishwasher) • Oven, stovetop and rangehood deep cleaning • Blind cleaning • Dusting - (fan blades, sills, skirting boards, cobweb removal) • Wall washing to remove marks and grime • Skirting boards, architraves wiped • Doors & tracks • Detailed bathroom cleaning - (Shower bleached and grout scrubbed, toilets fully cleaned, vanities cleaned, bathtub scrubbed, tiles wiped, tapwear polished) • Laundry deep cleaning • Remove bugs from light fittings and lights wiped • Minor mould removal (for bigger removal - see mould removal service) • Wipe over powerpoints & fixtures • Window glass cleaning- interior & exterior (where accessible) • Fly screens, window sills, window tracks cleaned • Wardrobe cleaning (drawers, tracks, mirrored doors, shelves wiped) • Air conditioner filter cleaning • Floor Vacuuming • Floor Mopping • Exterior basic cleaning (dusting, sweeping deck) • Garage sweep out, walls & shelves • Light rubbish removal - No furniture • Sweep entrance & wipe exterior eaves


Cancellation Policy

Thankyou for your booking. Please take a moment to read to understand the booking policies - 1. Quotes and Pricing   All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be subject to change upon completion of the service, depending on the actual condition and size of the property. Clients agree to allow for reasonable price adjustments where necessary. 2. Deposits  All works are subject to a deposit as confirmation of your service. This must be paid upon receiving link in order to secure your booking. If payment is not received in a reasonable time frame, your booking may be claimed by another client. All deposits will go towards your invoice with the final balance requiring payment upon completion. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling  Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit paid.  4. Payment Terms   Payment is due upon completion of the service. The client must adhere to a three (3) day payment term and ensure payment is made on or before the due date. A receipt of payment must be sent to confirm the transaction. Payments that lapse into overdue status may result in the following actions: - Suspension of any ongoing or future services   - Late payment fees   - Escalation to Small Claims Court for recovery of the outstanding balance Timely payment is essential for continued service and to avoid additional legal or administrative action.
